Mouawad Jewelry House revealed yesterday the world’s most valuable jewelry box valued at $3.5m.
The box is on display in the renowned 127-year-old diamond jewelry house pavilion at Doha Jewellery and Watches Exhibition 2017 for the first time in the Middle East.
The Flower of Eternity Jewellery Coffer was crafted using 18-karat gold and 925 silver, and features a profusion of 542.39 carat of white and yellow diamonds, 293.24 carat of white and pink sapphires, 20.06 carat of rubies, and 1,799.75 carat of lapis lazuli.
It took more than 9 months of intensive work and is certified by the Guinness World Records.
This year, Mouawad showcased an array of products meticulously designed and crafted by the brand’s skilled team of experts.
These included one-of-a-kind masterpieces and high jewelry handcrafted with the finest diamonds and colored gemstones.
